MOZERTON is a brand new, woman-owned small business. We offer online classes to adult language learners. We are seeking a candidate who is focused on achieving results and meeting the needs of our clients, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Please note that this position does not include sponsorship for work visas. Candidates must have current authorization to work in the US.
This is a contractor type of job (1099).
This is a part-time job
All classes are ONLINE via Zoom
One class lasts for 80 minutes
Minimum of 11 teaching hours per month
Class size: maximum of 5 students per class, adults.

Qualifications
Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
A good verbal and written command of English
Punctuality
Minimum of three years experience teaching ESL to adults
Be capable of using fun and interactive tutoring techniques
Clean criminal record
Have a high-speed internet, HD web cam
Online teaching experience
Proficient with Zoom
Proficient in English
Responsibilities
Creating engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of the students, curriculum development with focus on daily communication
Curriculum development
Creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
Providing homework
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Respect and follow established company processes and procedures
